Q: How many should I
order?
A: That depends on your choice of distribution methods. If you
plan on a newspaper distribution, contact the newspaper you
plan to use to find out their distribution/circulation amount,

Q: How shall I supply
artwork?
A: Our preference is to receive all artwork as Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe PhotoShop, Quark Xpress, of Macromedia Freehand native
files. Fonts should be included or converted to paths. For raster
art, EPS files are preferred to TIFF or JPEG files and should
be at least 300 dpi. PDF files are fine as long as the artwork
has not been "down sampled". We prefer files sent
electronically as email attachments, or supplied on CD.
Q: Do you provide samples
prior to printing?
A: Yes. For printed items we provide digital proofs for your
approval prior to printing. All proofs must be signed and returned
before production begins.
Q: Do you offer graphic
design services?
A: Yes, even though most of the artwork we receive is complete
and ready for production. We pre-flight your art for any issues
that may arise and make any necessary suggestions. However,
we do have some of the best talented graphic designers on staff
that we can refer you to if you do not have one.
Q: What paper should
I use?
A: Most of our newspaper inserts are printed on 60# Gloss, however
we can source any available paper stock. If you are not sure
what to use and are looking for recommendations, we are more
than happy to assist you.
Q: What are your standard
newspaper insert sizes?
A: Even though every newspaper insert is custom, we do
have three standard sizes. However, we can make your newspaper
insert into any size or shape that you desire.
